The Project Prioritization Matrix is a tool which evaluates and ranks projects based on their strategic value, impact, and feasibility. It helps prioritize initiatives that deliver the highest value and align with business goals.
It is a complement to the Portfolio Roadmap and helps to ensure that the projects with the highest strategic value are executed first.
Risk Management Framework
The Risk Management Framework is an integrated approach to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the portfolio. It ensures proactive risk management and safeguards the portfolio's overall health and success.
Benefits Realization Plan
